The firm is headed by two of its three founders: Todd P. Thurston and E. Anthony Casale.

Todd is designated as an MAI by the Appraisal Institute and is NYS Certified as a General Appraiser (#46-20952). He has been involved in real estate valuation and consulting since 1991.

Anthony is also a NYS Certified General Certified appraiser (#46-29975) and is in the final stages of satisfying the MAI designation requirement. Starting his career in real estate in 1986, Anthony transitioned from property management to commercial sales, and then real estate appraisal in 1993.

Clients have ranged from various local, state, and federal agencies to attorneys, banks, corporations, and private individuals. Our services have been employed in issues pertaining to appraisal review, charitable donations, estates, financing, marketing, tax certiorari, and testimony, with particular emphasis in eminent domain. We have been involved in countless assignments involving this latter purpose in the form of roadway expansion, public works projects, and partial interest acquisition via avigation, conservation and other permanent easements.
